da girls seated at my table mostly spoke
chinese..kept quiet i did. hurr
oh wells, that night also made me
realise how humans proved

theories right...

Synder's "self-fulfilling stereotypes"1- We
judge the person on how they look
or wat we heard about them
2- We fit them into preexisting stereotypes
&
expect the person to act in certain
ways
3- We act towards the person according to
our expectations.
4- The person gets ideas of how we
perceive him/her by the way we act
5- The behaviour of the person changes
to
match our expectations, thus
confirming the stereotype!
i believe that we're all victims of
these theories! might sound stupid,
but it really is true!
anyways...
the children in my class may be
a hand full at times, but when
they're not, they're way beyond
cute in da kuku way...
ask super 'doh' questions!
